Directions For Use: Mix 1-2x scoops (2.5g) with 400-600ml of cool water and consume when you need a caffeine boost. Some user may take more (2.5g) serves throughout the day as required. Do not exceed 6x scoops (7.5g) daily.
Recommended Use: Mix 1-2x scoops of either Muscle Dust and/or AMP5 with 1-2x scoops of Crack Energy in 400-600ml of water and consume 30 minutes before or during your workout to assist with energy levels.
Warnings:
Contains 125mg of caffeine per (2.5g) serve. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine (as a comparison). Caffeine intake of more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea & coffee) when using this product. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before using this product with other medicines. Use a MAXIMUM of 3 serves (7.5g) daily. Not for children 15 years and under or pregnant/breastfeeding mothers. Should not be used as a sole source of nutrition. Use in conjunction with a suitable exercise program, suitable diet and consume with adequate water.
